§01Acceptance of terms

By creating a BotCraft account or using our service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using BotCraft on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

§02Your account

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use BotCraft.

• One account per person. Don't share credentials.
• Provide accurate information when you register.
• Keep your contact email up to date — that's how we reach you.

§03Acceptable use

You agree not to use BotCraft to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
• Upload content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

§04Your content & data

You retain all rights to documents, URLs, and other content you upload (your "Content"). You grant BotCraft a limited license to host, process, and display that Content solely to provide the service. We never use your Content to train public AI models.

§05Billing & subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period and prorate any unused balance. Cancellations are immediate; we don't issue refunds for partial months.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice — your current rate is honored through the next renewal.
• Failed payments retry for 7 days before the account is suspended.

§06Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime on paid plans and publish status at status.botcraft.com. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service — we may pause it briefly for maintenance, security, or capacity reasons. We'll give as much notice as we can.

§07Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. We'll give you written notice unless the breach is severe enough to warrant immediate action.

§08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotCraft is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

§09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of BotCraft after that means you accept the updated terms.
